A sad goodbye...

my parents have just pulled away and on their way home! It was a tear filled goodbye (well at least it was for my mom and I) My mom took vacation so that she could help us out before Islas arrival, during and after! The timing of how everything happened couldn't have been more perfect!!!


It was more than great having my mom here, her help and support were over the top in the best way possible! She cherished her time with Ezra and Matthijs and they just adored her! Matthew and I are going to have to re-learn how to do things again...the dishwasher hasn't even run for 2 weeks now...and my hands haven't touched soapy dishwater! I hope my mom enjoyed being here just as much as we enjoyed having her!!! I don't know how we would've done this without her...and I'm glad that we didn't have to! I appreciate her so much...she has made me the woman I am today...and I hope to be just as great of a mommy to Ezra, Matthijs & Isla...I love you mom!
